History of Ray Barnes Engineering Ltd

Established in 1983 in Kendal, Ray Barnes Engineering Ltd has gained a high reputation with working with clients and for producing high quailty workmanship.

Being in the heart of the Lake District, we are ideally positioned very close to Junction 36 of the M6 Motorway, giving us excellent links to the whole of the United Kingdom.

Ray Barnes Engineering Ltd have gained a broad expertise covering most sectors of the manufacturing, construction and process industries which enables us to provide practical and cost effective solutions to meet any specific requirements of our customers.

Over the years we have steadily added macinery and expertise to the company, expanding our knowledge base whilst also providing new scope for our current and prospective customers.

In 2013 we moved to a larger premises, doubling our capacity and workforce. Our workshop size is 6,000 square feet, which enables us to offer a full range of fabrication and services.
